Armed with a master's degree in Clinical Mental Health, Katie is adept at addressing a spectrum of psychological needs. Her firsthand experiences have illuminated the hurdles student athletes often confront, from battling perfectionism to grappling with self-confidence.
Specializing in reintegration and reunification, Katie boasts a comprehensive understanding of the family court process. Her therapeutic arsenal includes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), mindfulness, and art therapy techniques, tailored to meet individual needs.

Meet Jeff, a seasoned professional with a wealth of experience in law enforcement and supervision services. With an impressive 35-year career in law enforcement, Jeff retired as a Lieutenant, leaving behind a legacy of dedication and service.
In his retirement, Jeff finds fulfillment as both a devoted grandfather and an enthusiastic community volunteer. His commitment to making a positive impact extends beyond his professional career.

Diana is a proud graduate of the University of Texas At El Paso, where she earned her BA in Education. In addition to her role in supervision services, Diana shines as an Elementary School substitute teacher, bringing enthusiasm and compassion to every classroom she enters.
Diana's unwavering commitment to professional development and community empowerment is evident in all she does. Fluent in Spanish, she ensures that families in need receive the support and communication essential for their success.

Ted worked with clients within the judicial system and as a crisis clinician within the community mental health system in Colorado and Georgia for 15 years. Ted is a graduate of Argosy University and holds a master's degree in psychology. Skilled in both cognitive behavioral therapy and motivational interviewing, Ted favors a direct approach in goal setting and giving people tools they can apply right away. Within these diverse settings, Ted noticed a common theme impacting clients' successes: people tend to do better if those helping them meet them where they are in their respective challenges. Outside of SPCC, Ted runs a coaching practice that focuses on assertiveness training and runs an ADHD support group for adults.
Jen has worked with families in the Department of Human Services for nearly 20 years. Jen has extensive experiene supporting families and brings a wealth of knowledge to SPCC. Jen holds a BS in Social Work from Colorado State University.
Nicole joins SPCC with a indepth understanding of the needs our families. Nicole has first hand knowledge of the visitation experience as a foster parent. Nicole is certified as a Nurturing Parenting Facilitator and leads SPCC's parent education program.
