Our Functional Psychiatry Comprehensive Package is designed for individuals seeking more

This two-visit experience provides the time and depth needed to create a thoughtful,

During your initial visit, we complete an in-depth psychiatric and functional assessment,

including:

• Detailed mental health evaluation

• ADHD and executive function screening (when indicated)

• Sleep, nutrition, stress, and lifestyle review

• Medical and medication history

• Discussion of targeted lab options (if appropriate)

• Collaborative goal setting

At your follow-up visit, we review findings and develop your customized plan, which may

include:

• Diagnostic clarification

• Medication recommendations (when clinically appropriate)

• Targeted supplement guidance

• Lifestyle and nervous system support strategies

• Functional health priorities and next steps
